About the Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the golf course. This includes managing staff and resources, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They will also be responsible for developing plans and strategies to ensure the golf course meets its goals.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the golf course industry

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Knowledge of golf course operations and management
